Connecting your mind and body while practicing yoga has many benefits. Such as, staying present during practice, healing and connecting more deeply with yourself through movement. In todays world it is easy to disconnect through social media and technology making it more challenging to have a personal relationship with yourself. Mind-Body connects and awareness is vital to healing.

Mental Health + Yoga

Mental health is extremely important and not discussed enough. Mental health is largely defined as ones psychological and emotional well-being. My aim is to integrate mental health awareness during practice through mindfulness, setting intentions and breath work. The goal is to help you relax and let go of stress, anxiety, anything weighing you down.

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

The healing sound bath uses crystal bowls that create an immersive sound that fills the body, to help you relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. Creating a relaxing atmosphere while providing health benefits. Sound baths help calm the nervous system, giving the body full permission to relax. At the end of practice I leave about 5-10 minutes for a healing sound bath.
